  • Standard items: 3–7 business days

  • Pre-order items: 14–30 business days

Pre-order status is clearly indicated on each product page.

Shipping Time (After Dispatch)

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Other Countries: 7–18 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, carrier delays, or local conditions.

Shipping Fees

  • Free shipping on orders over $68 USD

  • Orders below $68 USD: $7 flat shipping fee

Shipping fees are promotional rates.
In the event of returns or refused deliveries, actual shipping and return costs may be deducted from the refund.

Once your order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent.

Address Changes After Order Placement

If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at support@glownaturegarden.com.

Address corrections are only possible before shipment.

Once dispatched, address modifications depend on carrier approval.
If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, return shipping costs will be deducted before reshipment or refund.

Order Marked as “Delivered” but Not Received

If tracking indicates delivery but you have not received your parcel:

GlowNatureGarden is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

VAT for EU Customers

For EU destinations, VAT is prepaid at checkout.
No additional VAT payment is required upon delivery.
