WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

At GlowNatureGarden, we are committed to delivering thoughtfully curated hair accessories and fashion jewelry crafted with care and attention to detail. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery confirmation.

Returns requested beyond 30 days from the confirmed delivery date will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@glownaturegarden.com before sending the item back.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Request Requirements

To ensure efficient processing, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the product (if reporting damage or defect)

  • Reason for return

All return requests must be approved by our support team prior to shipment.

Return Eligibility Conditions

Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Original tags attached

  • Unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • Free from perfumes, odors, cosmetics, or stains

  • In original packaging

  • In resalable condition

Items that do not meet these standards may be rejected.

Exchange & Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in the following cases:

  • Incorrect size, color, or item selected

  • Ordering error due to failure to review product description

  • Change of mind

If an order is canceled before shipment, a full refund will be issued without restocking fees.

Refund Processing

  • A valid tracking number is required for all returns.

  • Returns without tracking confirmation will not be eligible for refund.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection and approval.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.

In the case of payment disputes or chargebacks, GlowNatureGarden reserves the right to provide shipment records, delivery confirmation, and customer communication history as evidence.
